It's Sept 20-24 with the first two days for "trade only" and the latter two for the public.

I don't understand....this was posted on the CALENDER.  Didn't it give you the dates at the top.....Linked Events?  Shows up when I click on the thread.

Did you just find another glitch in the forum software?  Hmmm

But I did go ahead and add dates and times to the original post.

MSF has an IRETS conference scheduled September 21-23 in Columbus as well. And while they haven't announced the specific location, I'm going to guess that it will be near the AIMExpo. I haven't been to the IRETS conference in a few years, so I'd like to go this year. If the IRETS schedule makes it workable, I'd be happy to spend a couple of hours at the MSTA booth. I just won't know until much closer to the time.

Pat,
If you just go straight into the forums you don't see anything but the threads and posts. I rarely go into the webpage.

[MSF has an IRETS conference scheduled September 21-23 in Columbus as well.]

I'm sure they did that to attract more instructors to IRETS because a lot of them will be in Columbus for the AIM show.  If it had to be free standing elsewhere, they'd draw only a tiny number.  And I find it ironic that it's being held in a state that no longer uses the MSF curriculum!

Thanks G.   MSF is also on the exhibitors list for the show.

A little update on the show.....

They currently project an attendance figure of 20,000 over the 4 days of the show. Most of them will be over Saturday and Sunday when the general public is allowed in.

There are at last count 308 different vendors/exhibitors listed..... and WE are the ONLY CLUB that will have a booth in the show!

There will be FREE Motorcycle PARKING in various areas around the show.

I'm gonna try to make it and if I do I'll be glad to help out. So would our booth be open all 4 days?

We only have the booth on Saturday and Sunday, when the show is open to the general public.

However, we will have some passes that will allow those with them to access the show on Thursday and Friday.  On those days we will be talking to the industry people and trying to secure advertising and member benefit agreements with the various other exhibitors.
