Dates were set a long time ago... It's Memorial weekend with a Monday option.

From what I've been told, the Inn had not been informed of the possibility that we might not be back. So...if you've already made a reservation, you should be golden. If you haven't made a reservation, better do so soon.

John-Allegheny Inn Manager-is aware of some changes. I talked with him about TRISTAR going to JFF gathering, and having Friday burger and dog meal catered. I have identified a vendor for Friday if that option is chosen. Room reservations are still in place. And John is excellent to work with!

Galen, Thanks for the info, I was going to get in touch with John soon had this not come up with Geoffrey being willing to step in. Can you email me with any particulars regarding the catered dog and burgers ( specifically cost) as Doug is setting up the website and in case we need to make adjustments?
Anita and I are hoping to be able to make it for part of the event, but she has just begun a new job, and I was informed that My presence was mandatory for commencement at the school I work at for that Saturday. However once the students are gone...
