Honda Demo Team Coming to STAR 16!!!!!

It’s happening! American Honda Motor Company is be sending its street motorcycle demonstration team to the STAR rally!

When STAR rally attendees arrive at the Black Bear Lodge in Stratton, VT, one of the first things they will see is the 80 foot long, red and black Honda Demo Team truck in the Lodge parking lot. Honda is providing a full truckload of their latest models, including the new Africa Twin and VFR1200X adventure motorcycles, to STAR for demo rides.

Demonstration rides will begin on Saturday, June 25th, for early arrivals, and continue thru the end of the rally. Attendees will be able to sign-up for free demo rides on the models of their choice, based on availability. The free demo rides will be held continuously throughout each rally day, sub-ject to weather conditions.

The Honda Demo Team Managers have advised MSTA they intend to provide extended length demo rides, 15-20 miles as available by routing for the event, so that attendees can take advantage of the beautiful Vermont countryside while experiencing the best of Honda’s motorcycle line-up.

The Demo Team is also going to offer a once-a-day Lunch Run, taking a limited number of at-tendees on an even longer demonstration ride through the Vermont countryside, and providing a sit-down, hot lunch before heading back to Stratton and the Lodge. The Lunch Runs are extremely popular, and unlike the regular demo rides, attendees will be limited to one Lunch Run during the event, to give everyone a chance at this fun ride.

Whatever else is on your agenda while you’re at STAR 2016, make sure you set aside at least an hour on one of the days (or on multiple days!) to join the Honda Demo Team, and take a free ride with them through the Vermont mountains on new Honda motorcycles.

This is sooo good I can't imagine it! I tried for the entire 4 years I was VP and the 8 years I was President. It was also the time when Honda wanted us to stop using the name Honda so that could have had something to do with it. I'm so pleased you pulled it off! YOU DA MAN!
