That is already happening.....the group of FB users that is seeing the greatest growth are those people that are 55 and older!  Younger people are moving to Snapchat and tinder, where their posts disappear quickly and are generally not seen by parents and other adults.

The media and politicians seem to be drawn to Twitter......opps!  Is that a political statement?  😜.   I don’t make political statements.  I live in Kentucky!  We have HONEST politicians here!  Once they are bought , they stay bought!   Vote early and vote often!   😂

Umm, I don't use it, so not sure, but from what I've heard tinder is  just a hook-up app. It's Twitter, Snapchat and Instagram that the younguns are all using. :)

On the way to STAR, or after STAR, you could ride 150 miles to Bloomington, MN and visit the Mall of America, MOA.  MOA is the largest Mall in No. America.  If you have never been there, check it out.  You can spend hours or days if you would like to see everything, from shopping, great eating places, ride simulators, a roller coaster that is so quiet when it flies above you, that you don't even notice it.  Also a log flume ride and music in the court as well as play some golf.  If you decided to stay overnight, there are two hotels connected to the Mall.

They just finished with the Super Bowl Media Spectacle Row area where all the reporters were located for the Super Bowl for over a week.  First time in history of Super Bowl that anyone and everyone was allowed to see the behind the scenes of the media people.

back on subject

if coming from the south or east, you might be interested in the following....

there is the orginal Antique Archeology store in Le Claire, Iowa.

The National Motorcycle Museum in Anamosa, Iowa,

and the filming site for the film Field of Dreams, outside of Dyersville, Iowa.

All of these are within 200 miles of La Crosse and either right on the great Mississippi River, or close by.

Can also ride a part of the Great River Road on the way into La Crosse from the south.

Ride4MS:
Another place to visit, is Bily Clocks, Spillville, IA.  About 75 miles to the SW of La Crosse.  Interesting place with all the clocks built by two brothers.  They carved the clocks from wood in their spare time as a hobby.  This was during the early 1900's.

Here is another place to visit about 55 miles SW of La Crosse is Niagara Cave near Harmony, MN  The whole family will enjoy this cave.  With all these places to visit and things to see, bring the whole family to La Crosse for STAR, even if they are non-riders.
