Regarding STAR Local Attraction-  Phipps Bend Abandoned Nuclear Reactor Site. 


Does anyone know if their are tours available? I googled around and couldn't find anything

Similar results on google searching. I do see there is now a solar farm there (article from 2017) and also a news broadcast about vandals continuing to break into the property (also from 2017), which also mentioned the property was owned by the local city redevelopment agency. I'm gonna guess its an off limiis place.
