The newsletter says the HI Express contact is Laura. The young lady (I'm guess young anyway) that I spoke with tonight said they didn't have a Laura. And she didn't know how to take my reservation. She's going to work on it tonight and give me a call back tomorrow. She's making an effort and wasn't unpleasant...just inexperienced.
I said the room was in a block for the Motorcycle Sport Touring Association but might be listed as the MSTA. She went away for a few seconds. Then she came back and asked if it was for the MSTA. I said yes.
If she gets it right, I'll have a room with 2 beds. If someone is looking for a roommate for the weekend (I'm arriving the 28th and leaving the 31st) to split the cost of a room, please contact me.
