Newbie to Star event

(1/1)

Marietta:
While I’ve been a member for a number of years, I’m planning to attend my first Star in Texas this October.
I generally ride and travel alone but I do occasionally enjoy riding with the central Ohio members hence my MSTA membership.
I’m looking for a roommate to share accommodations at the event. And also a group of 3-4 riders from Ohio to make the trip with.
My riding style: keep up, don’t wreck, be patient, don’t ride dirty.
Touring style: pack light (toothbrush, underwear), stop at interesting places, ride fun roads.
Hoteling: ok my wife says I snore some (whose doesn’t?). I can sleep about anywhere and in most conditions. I like an occasional shower.
I've been to the YO Ranch before, it’s a great venue. Pretty good riding and lots to see in the area.
Looking forward to a great trip.
