It's that time of year again...the season of over-indulgence. It might be worth a reminder that ever pound that gets added onto our body frame is a pound that requires more power to move. Seems like some folks spend tons of time and money to replace parts on their bike to save a few ounces here and there. Then they pack on the pounds...there goes that hard earned bike weight loss.
Just something to think about.

Eat more, gain body weight, the power to weight ratio goes down on the bike, the bike is now slower, a slower bike is safer---- What a deal, turn in the price of Thanksgiving dinner to the Dan Clark Fund, SAVE THOSE SUPERMARKET RECEIPTS!
