Title: TRIStar 2015 is less than 2 months away!

Hi all, and Happy Easter!


I have heard from one member today that he has called the Alleghany Inn and the hotel is booked that weekend!! So I need to catch up on some stuff here too! First I have not gotten but about a dozen preregistration forms, It will help me tremendously with things like food purchases and such if I have a better handle on number of participants. It will also save you guys some money if you preregister. Second, if you have a reservation at the Alleghany and know you will not be going, Please let the hotel, and myself, know so that we can begin a waiting list for folks who do want to attend. I will be in touch with the Alleghany and we will be working together to try and find accommodations for all.  Finally if anyone has a room and is coming and would like to share expenses by sharing their room please let me know.


I hope everyone had a blest Easter, and I look forward to seeing y'all Memorial Day Weekend.

Hmm, just decided to go recently and was going to call the hotel to make a reservation. Do you know if they're taking people on a waiting list? I'll try to check back in a couple days and may call the hotel in the meantime.
If they are full, any overflow or even other motels in town?
I'll register once I'm sure I can get a room (I have a roommate so sharing won't work).

I am considering coming down for the weekend. Any word on a wait list for rooms? Willing to share if anyone is looking to split cost.

Routes for 2015 TriStar have been updated and are available for registered participants.
If you ar registered for TriStar and would like the GPS routes contact event coordinator Joe Thomas

There are also three dual sport/ADV tracks this year.
These are tracks only as some trails won't navigate.
So you just follow the tracks

The hotel still had smoking rooms available a couple of days ago.  Call them.

Registration mailed out in the last couple week. Got my room reserved, found out the hotel was having trouble with their toll free number and didn't even know about it.
