Hello, I'm a new member out of Chicago. I look forward to meeting some other members and going on some rides. I have an ST1300 and a VTX1300C, and enjoy riding them both. Lately I've been exploring the Driftless routes and so far I've really enjoyed them.

Stay safe!!!

Erik

Welcome from eastern Tennessee. The Driftless area is really nice...that's a great choice of direction to go.

It may be a little late this year to plan on much in the way of weekend trips, but we have a bunch of club association events. Most are in the "south", but we have a good one in Wisconsin as well. Check out the calendar link at the top of this page. Each event happens about the same time every year.

Hello Erik,

Welcome to MSTA. Check out the Dan Clark Safety Program on this forum.  This program is designed for our members when they purchase Safety Gear.

You can also read previous articles in the STAReview for more information.

Here’s the link to the Dan Clark Safety Program information...

You can also click on the link below for routes that we had for STAR 2018 in La Crosse, WI.  They all start from La Crosse, but they are some very good Driftless Routes.  Many can be made shorter if you desire by just ending where you would like and head back to Chicago.
More details on the STAR 2018 and La Crosse can be found on this forum.
