ByWay Boogie Event Update - September 30th - October 2nd, Clarksville, AR
Our host hotel, the Best Western-Clarksville had a fire and was a total loss.   Our new host hotel will be:
The Hampton Inn - Clarksville

The room rate will be $97 for rooms with king or queen beds.  The Group Confirmation number is - 84653697
The Friday night pizza party will be in the hotel using a delivery service from the Pizza Hut, as in the past.
The Saturday banquet will be at the Crosswoods Restaurant next door at 6:30.
Please call and make your reservation directly with the hotel using the MSTA group number 84653697
The hotel is only holding 20 rooms so book quickly.  If you cannot get a room in the Hampton Inn, there is a Holiday Inn nearby.

I just made a reservation at the Quality Inn one exit east...I'll see you guys for dinner Friday night.

Looking forward to some good DRY wind therapy...which is why I'm going twice as far as I would have gone had I headed to Fall Colors in West Virginia. It looks to be VERY wet there.

Enjoy the trip and even Geoffrey. Steve and I also decided to cancel on FCR due to weather and some other concerns.
