We have the Mail Pouch Fly-By on Aug 25-27 in Marietta.  Most of those roads you mentioned are nearby!

ps.  bring a couple of friends and they'll get a free year's membership of the MSTA when they pay for registration,
plus two meals and possibility of winning some door prizes.  It's hard to beat that deal!

Welcome!

Happy to have you here.  Congratulations on making it to the Grand Nationals, that's always a great accomplishment and something to be proud of.  I'm sure the racing keeps you quite busy, but hope to meet you at one or more of the events this year.  Make sure you get Coach to get you on the Ohio email list and try to make it to some of the monthly lunches this year.

Fantastic accomplishment to get to the GNF at age 70! I am a wannabe racer from way back. Bought an R3 last year and started doing track days again (still dreaming). Welcome aboard!

Ray,
My name is Steve Grabowski, I am the northern Ohio assistant director, basically the coordinator for our portion of the state. We are primarily in the NE part of the state, clustered around CLE/Akron/Canton with outliers in other areas like Youngstown, New Philly and Mansfield.

If you'd like any information about the MSTA or our local activities let me know. We use a Yahoo group to communicate about local rides and other activities, if you'd like to be added to that list send me a message on the forum or email me at stevegrab@aol.com.

Our next planned activity is attending the annual motorcycle show at the IX Center, no plans have been made yet but I'm going to try and get that moving. Some go on Friday with dinner after, others on Saturday.

The Mail Pouch Fly By event in Marietta is very close, we always have a good group going and the riding is lots of fun. Might be the last one, or at least the last under the current format and leadership of the long time (20 years) host Jon & Janet Campbell.
