Title: Re: SECOND ANNUAL NORTHEAST JUST FOR FUN EVENT

This sounds like a nice area, though quite a hike for me. Is anyone thinking about riding up from the Va., NC, Tn. areas? I usually love the Big Lynn event the next weekend, but a cousin's wedding may pull me away. The decision is whether to tell the cousin that I just can't get there from here or not! I see Perkins is close by. Is it in walking distance, and how far away is The Grill? How are the PA., NJ., and NY police in terms of strict enforcement? Thanks, Syd

There is very little Police presence in the tri-state area except in the major towns of Milford, Port Jervis, Hawks Nest, etc. Perkins is up Pa 209 and not walkable. We rode as a group everywhere(meals and loops) last year except the last evening where we walked over to Balch's Seafood restaurant. Give Bill Thom a shout via landline and he will give you the lowdown on last years event.

Better book early if you are coming Syd.
