I could not resist the $9,999 plus tax and fees sale price on the new 2013 Super Tenere. I am tired of riding with a chain through mud and dust.

One of my local friends has a Super T. He's got a background that includes lots of off-road riding, and he occasionally takes the Super T places I don't want to go on a small bike. But he's probably more likely to ride it from east Tennessee to Kansas...in one day, have dinner with a friend, and then come back home the next day. It's a terrific long distance mount. And this guy has the wherewithall to ride anything he wants. He also has a Honda ST1300, but he chooses to ride the Super T more days.
