Hello my name is David Shisler I'm a new member from Wooster Ohio.
I have a 2009 Kawasaki Versys.
You will find me out in good and bad weather just looking for the best places to ride.

Welcome aboard Sleepy! Push a pin in on the member map so we can see where Wooster is...

Welcome! Hope to see you at some of the Ohio events this year, and especially at the Mail Pouch FlyBy in August.

Welcome David!
All year 'round we have regular breakfast gatherings in Lockbourne (just south of Columbus) and Waynesville (partway between Dayton & Cincy).
The Columbus folks gather at the Portside Cafe @ 8 AM and the SW Ohio folks gather at the Village Family Restaurant @ 9 AM. No one gripes if you drive your car/truck to breakfast and non-members are welcome! They often have rides that start after breakfast in each locale.

Welcome!
You can check out the local Northeast Ohio Yahoo group page here: (though not much activity lately)
https://groups.yahoo.com/neo/groups/neohhsta/info
We ususally setup a few local rides throughout the year.

Welcome, David. I look forward to meeting you on a ride. I live in Hilliard but grew up in Mansfield.
Keep an eye out for the Ohio lunch rides this summer, they are a fun way to connect with other members, and non-members are also welcome.
There should be a lunch ride to Moyer's Winery coming up in April, that ride traditionally kicks off our season in Ohio.

Welcome aboard Sleepy from the EC
You have a very active Ohio membership to ride with

Dave welcome aboard, you're Jay's son right, think we met once before at breakfast in Wooster (Greenleaf). Quint is right the Yahoo group will be useful for NE Ohio riding. I got a notification that you signed up, thanks Quint for helping out.
True our list activity is down recently, but hopefully things will pick up. Anybody can plan a ride, just post a message to the list with some info (date time location or just "hey I want to ride anybody else?")
Feel free to contact me if you need any help with MSTA stuff or linking up with locals, my info is in the blue book or send me a message throught this site or the Yahoo list.

Welcome, David!
Are the streets still torn up over by All-Seasons? You don't know how bad your shocks are until you ride on roads like that!
I hope to see you on a ride soon.

One of the reasons I bought a GS!...because of these treacherous Ohio road surfaces!...its nearly like riding off-road!

Last time I went past All Seasons (late Nov 2016) they had finished the road work, but there may be new stuff going on.

Thank you all for the warm welcomes. I hope to be able to make it to some great rides this year and meet some great riders.
