Larry Fine:
Hello, all. I just joined up, after seeing a reference on the ST Owners forum. I'm looking for more weekend group rides nearer to me than they provide.

I'm interested in attending the Shenandoah Spring Romp in April. Can anyone please direct me to someone to contact for more information about this?

I'm 65 yrs old, been riding for over 47 years, only on my fifth bike, a 2001 ST1100. I still have my fourth bike, too, a "dressed" 1996 Nighthawk 750.

Galen Diehl.  If you look in the section of this forum titled Just For Fun you will Galen’s post about the event, along with his contact information.

Larry Fine:
Thank you!  :)

Hello Larry,

Welcome to MSTA. Check out the Dan Clark Safety Program on this forum.  This program is designed for our members when they purchase Safety Gear.

You can also read previous articles in the STAReview for more information.

Nice looking ST1100.  I have a 2002 ST1100 with less than 15,000 miles.

Not sure how many MSTA members are in the Richmond area, but the best way to get local rides going is to do some yourself and invite people to attend. Having a way to communicate with local members (FB, an email list, or other online community) is key to getting things going.

We have a decent size group around me here in Cleveland-Akron Ohio but very few who will plan things, I think that goes for most areas. And those who currently plan things are often burned out after doing it for years.
