Hello everyone. My wife and I recently joined MSTA and wanted to introduce ourselves. We are David and Denise Green. We own and operate Fancy Gap Cabins and Campground in Southwest Virginia. We are located directly on the Blue Ridge Parkway in beautiful Fancy Gap, Virginia. We are a small Mom and Pop operation with RV sites, tent camping, motels and cabins and would love to meet any MSTA members traveling the Parkway. We offer a 10% discount to all members with a current MSTA membership card. We are motorcycle enthusiasts ourselves and found our little slice of heaven a few years ago while riding the Parkway on our way back to Pennsylvania from Florida. Welcome! Been through that area many times, beautiful area. Nice to know there is camping there, and a Motel! Going to make a point of stopping by sometime and checking it out. Thanks for offering the discount....make sure you contact the benefits director (not sure exactly who that is right now) and have him/her put you on the list!
Edit: just checked out the website.....wow! Looks like a great place to set up a Just For Fun event!

I'd be happy to invite you to one of our events, but I'm sure you're busy at the time of year when our events occur. That's the problem with working in the "hotel/motel/camping/entertainment" world. Maybe some day you can get someone to give you a weekend off so that you can go play.

Thanks for all the well wishes. This is the start of our second season after re opening the place after it was closed for a year and a half. Needless to say it keeps us busy. Not much time for riding anymore unfortunately but if all goes well we'll head South this winter and get some riding in.

South means Florida. Parents have a place in St Augustine. Can't beat the weekly rate. Help Dad with a few projects and you get free room and board!

We are in the other end of the State but there are Central Florida RTE's each month that will be close enough to St Augustine for you to attend. When I get onto my laptop I'll send you the link with the schedule

Welcome, thanks for becoming members and also for offering the MSTA discount at your fine establishment. Being in Michigan I don't get down that way often. But if I ever do, I'll keep Fancy Gap Cabins in mind. Maybe I should add them to my favorites in the GPS. Might be down there late Sept early Oct when attend Fall Colors Ride. Now, go ride.
