I know the one on the left but am unable to identify the one on the right.

That appears to be El Presidente on the left, looks like he is wearing MC boots.

Root and Vine interesting name, there's a place near work called Lager and Vine, we had a party there couple years ago was pretty cool.

The Root and Vine is a great place with good food and recently expanded into another storefront with a brick pizza oven and a row of taps.
Yes I was told he was riding his RT. The other rider was reported to be riding a BMW K1600 B.
