👍 Didn’t know they did that. How?

I do that too. Just sign in as www.smile.Amazon.com. There you can designate a charity.

Thanks for the heads up! I had set up a charity but wasn’t using the correct sign on to get the dollars applied. Fixed it! -JEP-

Tip....Have to do on your computer...won’t do it off of phone or mobile platform.

I don't use the Amazon app on my phone often. I checked today and by default it was not turned on but I was able to turn it on on my Android phone. I pressed the three horizontal lines in the upper left corner that brings up the menu. Nothing visible but scrolling down I found See All Programs. Pressed that and Scrolling down again I found Amazon Smile. Takes a few steps from that point to turn it on. Says available on Android OS version 5 and up and iPhoneOS version 12 and up. Says you have to re-enable it twice a year. Kind of a hassle but worth it if you mainly use Amazon on your phone.

Yup, been using amazon smile exclusively on computers for the last 3 years or so. Thanks for the tips on how to turn on in the apps on phone. Just did it on my iPhone and took seconds. Now when I shop from phone donations happen as well.

Good to know, was already doing this on some Amazon purchases, will get the PBTF next time.

Pat, it does work on the app on iPhone (not sure on Androids). But you have to go into the settings and activate it. View instructions here:
