Hello Everyone,
This looks like a great event to display your vintage bikes, or just to view the bikes on display.
I wish I was not busy that weekend to go view some of the old bikes from when I started riding, and maybe even take one of our old bikes.

That should be quite a show. I attended the AHRMA (American Historic Racing Motorcycle Association) races at NOLA Motorsports a couple years ago and they had a nice show with some beautiful old bikes.

I’ve attended M-O Vintage Days more than a couple of dozen times over the last 25-30 years. Ridden there, worked there, camped there, and both bought and sold stuff in the swap meet. I know many many more people that have raced on and off roads bikes there. It’s a huge weekend long event. The most impressive thing the last few years has been the huge number of kids riding around on bikes. Literally hundreds of kids on pit bikes running around all day and much of the night. Truthfully they have become somewhat of a nuisance and a safety hazard. The last few years I’ve just driven up for the day as it’s only about 2 1/2 hours on the highway to get there or back. Just leave early and come back in the evening. I have worked the AMA booth a couple of times and have met many of the Grand Marshalls and former racers over the years too. Every year I say I’m not going back because I’m always worn out afterwards, and then the next year I’m back again. LOL

And, anybody that has never been to Mid Ohio, you are missing a great place. I have been to many race tracks across the nation and Canada when I crewed for an IMSA and SCCA race teams as well as over 10 years as a Race Official for SCCA Pro Racing. We always said that Mid Ohio is the neatest and cleanest track and has some of the most scenic areas for viewing, with tree shade. But, they always had the worse food.
For great food, go to Rd America, WI. Of course, Canadian Tire Motorsports near Toronto has the Poutine, the great French Canadian dish. That is the ultimate food anytime.
We luck out in Owatonna, MN, as a Canadian food wagon comes to our county fair to serve only Poutine. And the line is very long all day long.

M-O Vintage days is only rivaled by Barber MSP. Enough said there. Even the Indy Car announcers were raving about the grounds and museum on this mornings broadcast.
In the old days the HSTA/MSTA had a large presence at M-O. TM
