Hi all,
A short story...
Back in 2009, June 23rd to be exact, I had my first introduction to members of MSTA....
We (wife and I) were with another couple in Cass WV to ride the train to the top of the mountain and back. That morning when we got to Cass, we parked (parking lot really empty) and started wandering around and finally ended up in the repair barn where maintenance was performed on their train engines. Time passed by and when it was time to head to the train to load... WOW!!! the parking lot was full of motorcycles, of all types!!! MSTA had a day ride that day to Cass.
Riding the train that day we met many members and have since seen a couple of them.... (Ohio RTE)
Seems my Tapatalk quit working on MSTA a while back...I was a member of the old forum before the software "crash", but, never made it back in until today.
Anyways, we ride a FJR1300 and enjoy it! Not as young as we used to be, but, still get around.
Sooo, good morning!!!

Welcome , hope you can make the Ky RTE on the 25th at Nat Bridge SRP at Miquels Pizza.

Thanks for the welcome everyone!
I'm looking at the route to Miguel's now. I may be by there tomorrow with a Meetup hiking group...
Hopefully next weekend will be nice...

I didn't think we have that many members in KY, had to look at your profile then a map to see where home is (south of Louisville). Jim may have been rerferring to the large Cincy area group. But I do believe KY membership is growing and becoming more organized.

In ref to KY, PatMo seems to be doing his best to organize lunch rides each month. Ya gotta have a reason to belong and to own a bike!

I guess your down around the Ky/Tn area Patmo. I'm planning on running over towards the Danville area to go to Miguel's..... will you be heading up near the route?

Yes, I misread the post but Pat is getting the ball rolling for Kentucky members. 8) -JEP-

Actually I split my time between northern Kentucky and middle Tennessee.....kind of a strange story...and am currently in NKY. Will be leaving my house and heading directly south to Miguel's with a friend or two around 9:30....aprox 110-115 miles to get there.

Ah ok.... I may take the quick route over and ride the longer way back when it's warmer.
