Hayden to WSB for 2016
« on: October 08, 2015, 05:33:47 am »
Cycle News Online had a brief article about Nicky riding for Team Ten Kate/Honda next year. Ten Kate (Netherlands) was the most prominent Honda team for years so let's hope he finds success at his new home.  Honda is designing a new CBR1000 for 2016 that should be more (?) competitive in WSB but I won't hold my breath on that one.

Teaming up with Van de Mark, I believe.   The Honda's have become competitive as the season has moved on, but they still have a long way to go before they can challenge for the championship.  Nicky has never been known as a "development" rider, so I don't expect there to be some sudden change in where the bikes stand in relationship to the other brands.  Still, I do wish him well and will be rooting for his success.

And now I'll have a good reason to try and follow WSB, don't have the beIN channel and not going to pay more to get it. Have heard there are other options and will be digging into it over the long winter.
