Time:        11:00AM SHARP!  EVERYBODY NEEDS TO BE THERE BY 11AM, JUST AS THE PLACE OPENS FOR LUNCH TO SECURE THE UPPER FLOOR OF THE RESTAURANT, AND THE OCEAN VIEW(!) WE'LL NEED TO MAKE  A "SHOW OF FORCE" AND MAKE THE PLACE OURS!!
This place is roughly 50-60 minutes north of the Racetrack, via I 95.  You could make a longer route either going or returning, as there are some rather nice roads along the ocean!
