Motus Motorcycles Demo Rides at Barber!
« on: September 12, 2015, 04:48:34 pm »
Ok I've been looking at these exquisite bikes for a couple years now , even had a chance to blip the throttle once or twice :) Now I am hoping to get on one of their demo rides at the Barber Vintage Festival. October 9th through the 11th ...an all out International event!

Steve, this is a public event that's been going on for a few years now at BMP. It was the largest Vintage event in the US last year.  I'll be there next w/e. Hope to see some MSTA'ers on the grounds. The plan then is to go to Wheels Through Time in Maggie Valley, NC on Monday before turning north to the home land.   TM

I was asking specifically about the demo rides, not the vintage bike event at Barber which I attended last year. I know Wardie (Larry Ward) has a motorcycle radio show, press credentials and potentially special privileges when it comes to something like a demo ride event. That is what I was referring to with "lucky dog open to the public?" comment.

I did a quick online search and appears they were open to the public, since I didn't ride to Barber or have riding gear I wasn't really seeking out demo rides. Cool thing about the search on Google, the 2nd & 3rd links were to posts this thread on the MSTA Forum.
