UPDATE: I just received notice that Big Lynn Lodge issued my room refund, with a $20 administrative fee charge.  This is their stated policy for 10 day or greater cancellation.

I just got back in country and my first call to (800) 654-5232 was answered. I don't know why yours was not.
1) Galen's deposit was refunded
2) There are Two open rooms at the BLL. Call and fill those rooms please.
I was told that besides Galen two others have canceled and there deposit refunded.

We are in the area early and called BLL to add extra days. We have been calling them for two days now trying to ADD days and only get an answering machine but no return calls! Very disappointing as they seem like very nice folks when you can reach them. -JEP-
