Yea, I too saw this on the interwebs and am saddened for his passing.

We were fortunate to have met Ron at Hyder Seek a few years ago. He was a very friendly fellow who made everyone feel as though they had been life-long friends. He was a gentleman in every sense of the word. I will miss him.

I met Ron at the first Lexington STAR. He was a very nice gentleman. I'm sad that I'll never get another chance to sit at the bar and chat with him.
