SATURDAY

EC meeting in Conference room 3


SUNDAY
6:00-7;00
Welcome Ceremonies in the Presidential Ballroom


7:15-7:45 pm
New Members/1st time STAR attendees in the Presidential Ballroom


MONDAY
7:00-8:00 pm
Ladies of the MSTA in Conference room 7


8:00-9:00 pm
Annual MEMBERS MEETING in the Grand Ballroom   Please Plan to Attend!
"State of the MSTA"
Awards, Announcements, member info, EC report, and STAR 2020 Location!
followed by a question and answer period with the EC and any members that wish to attend.


TUESDAY
5:30-6:30
State Directors and Volunteers Meeting in Conference room 7  (Open to Everyone!)
"How to use the PlanetReg. registration site"


Note:....Conference room 7 will also be the site of all of the seminars, which are scheduled at 7-8-9:00 pm respectively.
