Would love to hear "the rest of the story" on this one. Aybody charged with a crime, I see one moving violation (crossing the double yellow) and one assault (the helmet headbutt) and possibly more (if you can charge driver for trying to take out the riders).

Silly to confront somebody like that, guy could have had a gun and shot you dead (or the rider could have been armed and done the same). Better to just continue riding, and if you feel like dealing with it contact the local police and use your video as evidence (so long as you're not breaking the law in the same video).

After reading a bit more on the actual video on Youtube and another more complete video, while this may seem hilarious it appears the riders are not completely innocent. There was talk of them doing high speed runs up and down the roads in this area, and a screen capture of what looks like the CBR rider doing 174MPH down a road with homes.

I honestly don't think this kind of behavior is anything we as a club want to endorse. Both groups were wrong, both are acting like immature hot heads. If you ride like a jerk and terrorize the roads where people live they will eventually get pissed off and do something.
