Bike Inspection in FL--Orlando/Melborne area

My 2017 BMW RT got totaled a few days ago so I am looking for a similar replacement. Is there anyone in the group that knows of a person or company that can do a bike inspection? Not necessarily a mechanical but at least to verify general condition, legitimate seller, etc? I live in Dallas and found a "too good to be true" offer in the Melborne FL area. Anyway, if any ideas or contacts, please let me know.
