Hey everyone in Pennsylvania, you were not supposed to let Phil see his shadow.  Now there will be 6 more weeks of winter.

Winter will always be six more weeks regardless of what that little critter does or see.

Especially when large parts of the country had a major winter storm bearing down on them.

Sorry just a bit tired with the obsession some have (local radio) on Phil and his "prediction". Heck with all the lights out there doesn't he always see his shadow ;)

Next year, someone take an umbrella to hold over Phil so there is not shadow.

Yes Steve, it is hard to believe that so many people believe this little critter that looks so scared and annoyed, mainly because they pulled him out of his burrow when he wanted to sleep longer, maybe 6 weeks or more.

Oh well, Pennsylvania has Pux. Phil.  Minnesota has Paul Bunyan and Babe the Blue Ox as mascots.  Wisconsin has Cheese Heads, like the one that Dennis wore at STAR in La Crosse.  No, I will not list all the other states.
