Lodge rooms at the discounted rate are available Friday-Monday nights.
There are NO rooms in the block for THURSDAY night or TUESDAY night. If you try to reserve a room for those nights you will be told that there is nothing open.
After you register online and complete the payment you will be emailed a link to the hotel with the group code for discounted rooms and cabins. Rooms are $109 per night on Sunday and Monday and $129 per night on Friday and Saturday. (plus taxes and fees) The lodge has both double queen and king bed rooms available, including some with balconies and some suites.
Some cabins (2-3-4 bedroom) are also discounted for the rally. Check with the reservation desk for pricing.
NOTE ON CABINS: People who want to use the cabins should coordinate a group of four or more. If you form the group before you register, one person will need to make the deposit. After the others in the group check in at the event, the reservations desk will refund the extra to that cabin coordinator. But if someone doesn’t show up, the person who coordinates the cabin is liable for what the no-show would have paid. Choose your cabin-mates carefully
