The Canaan Valley Resort has given us group rates for lodge rooms ($99/night), suites and rooms with balconies are also available at steeply discounted rates. 2 Bedroom Cabins $189/night, 3 Bedroom Cabins $205/night, 4 Bedroom Cabins $243/night. 4 Bedroom cottages $291/night.
NOTE: These discounted rates are only good until May 22, after that they will go back up to the regular prices for the general public

Ask for a room in the MSTA block to get the discount.
(You can not reserve on-line for the discounted rate.) NOTE ON CABINS: People who want to use the cabins should coordinate a group of four or more. If you form the group before you register, one person will need to make the deposit. After the others in the group check in at the event, the reservations desk will refund the extra to that cabin coordinator. But if someone doesn’t show up, the person who coordinates the cabin is liable for what the no-show would have paid. Choose your cabin-mates carefully
