Registration: All registration fees are non-refundable. No exceptions. Members: Register and pay on-line and save $10! Online registration will be $20 with a $5 discount for Sustaining and Lifetime members. Onsite will be $30 - no discounts. Check-in and registration will be held in the lobby of the lodge.

Head for the Mountains! The mountains of West "almost heaven" Virginia! Experience some of the best twisty roads to be found anywhere and some of the best adventure riding to be found in the eastern US. Come to Canaan Valley and share those experiences with hundreds of other sport touring and adventure riding enthusiasts and enjoy the amenities that the Canaan Valley Resort has to offer. Stay in the Lodge, rent a cabin, or camp all within the park confines. See old friends and make new ones as you enjoy socializing around the fire pits or taking in a nice swim after a day of riding. Enjoy great food at the on-site lodge or one of the local restaurants. There will be an Ice Cream Social Meet and Greet on Saturday evening at 7 p.m. in the pavilion behind the lodge for all attendees. This is included in your registration fee at no additional charge. There will be cold bottled water at the entrance to the lodge. We will once again provide coolers and ice for your beverages in the evenings at the lodge. There will be a designated bike wash area with soap, water, and rags provided. There will be suggested routes available for both on-road and adventure/DS riding. The routes will be available on the event website and there will be GPS help at the event. Best to download the routes before you get there.

Lodge rooms at the discounted rate are available Thursday–Monday nights. If you try to reserve a room for those nights you will be told that there is nothing open. After you register online and complete the payment you will be emailed a link to the hotel with the group code for discounted rooms and cabins. Rooms are $114 for Thursday, Sunday, and Monday and $124 for Friday and Saturday (plus taxes and fees). The lodge has both double queen and king bedrooms available, including some with balconies and suites. Some cabins (2-3-4 bedroom) are also discounted for the rally.
