Hello from Destrehan, LA. My fav. hobby is motorcycling and MC travel. I usually ride every weekend locally in the S. Louisiana and South Mississippi area trying to find the twistiest roads in the area. Hope to be able to meet up with the local and national members for rides and events.

Welcome!  You should fit right in, as what you discribed could be said about most people in the club.  Please don't be a stranger on the forum....especially interested in what twisty roads you might find in your area?  Not an area that most of us would expect to find twisties in, but if there are, please let us know about them.  Assuming from your chosen name that you ride an FJR, tell us about it.  It is a popular bike with many of our members and you will always find some at any of our get together's.  Hope to see you at some of the events in the future!

Welcome FJR Pilot. Like others have said, LA and MISS are off the beaten track for many of us (I'm in Michigan) but we do like to get out and ride. Check out the event calendar and pick an event to go. FCR (Fall Colors Ride) in late Sept. might be right up your alley, and not too far away. See you out there.

Welcome to the forum and MSTA. I am in southern IL and my son lives in Biloxi and so far we haven't found much in the way of twisty roads in his area. We normally meet up near Memphis and head east to the Appalachians or more often west to the Ozarks for great riding. Let me know if you find anything interesting in your area.
