There was an effort to establish a Total Control training site here in eastern Tennessee a few years ago, and I heard nothing but good things about it. I wasn't able to schedule a class myself, and I've been disappointed in that ever since. Alas, it seemed to last only a year or so, and then maybe the person doing it moved. I don't know. My feeling about motorcycle training in this area is that people think once they learn to do even basic stuff, they don't need any more training. Personally, I try to work in some sort of training for myself every year or two. I've been riding now for about 30 years doing a variety of back road riding, quick twisty road riding, gravel road riding, and so forth all the way up to 1k+ mile days long distance riding. I figure if I have room to improve, most other folks do too.
