Always have, something I learned from my brothers as a passenger and since then with vast majority of riders I've ridden with. Had one guy who never wore them, said his hearing was already badly damaged (time in the military doing training on heavy artillery). He did eventually start wearing them not sure what got him to change.

My regular ones are Howard Leight Laser Lite, bought a box of 200 for about $25 some years ago at Amazon.

I ride Hondas, with a good full face helmet, so no need for ear plugs.  But, if using some noisy equipment, then use them, such as last month with electric hammer chisel on cement, while in Puerto Rico on Methodist Church Mission trip, rebuilding houses, then yes. The ear plugs also kept the dust out.  LOL

No.  I’ve never been able to find any that I felt comfortable with and that didn’t hurt my ears.  I’ve been tempted to try some that were custom made, but have been hesitant because if they don’t work out, then I’m out the cost of them with nothin in return.

Doesn't matter what brand of motorcycle you ride as the main cause of noise while riding is wind noise.
A good windscreen will help however there is still a lot of wind noise

I always wear ear plugs while riding

Always, too! I use the same as Bob, the audio custom earplugs from PlugUp.com AND they will be a vendor at STAR this year!
Studies show that sustained noise can damage your hearing more than just loud noise. So that wind noise that we all get will take it’s toll over time. -JEP-

On the highway, I always wear ear plugs.  I like the Etymotic musician's plugs; they cut down most of the noise, but still let me hear sirens, horns, etc.  They're comfortable enough for all day use.

I always wear them. Jim is correct, the damage is cumlative. The damage is done long before it becomes a problem. I've had the best luck with the Howard Leight product. 33 NRR, a box is cheap and will last the entire season.

Always, always, always. I've ridden the very short distance to gas her up on occasion, but can clearly notice the difference. Cheap insurance against going deaf.

For my part, if I'm going to ride longer than 15 min or 50 mph, I wear them.
