It depicted the group coming out of flames on the cover. A sad premonition indeed. They then pulled the LB's from the stores and replaced it with a flameless picture believing it was in bad taste to leave it as it was. We have lost many a Rocker and a Racer long before their time. I many visit the Nicky Hayden Memorial again on my way to STAR this year. TM

What's an LB? ;) Is that short for album? Or did you mean LP (a term often used to refer to vinyl editions of albums).
Nowadays many young people don't even know what CDs are, everything is a download or streaming. Even I don't use CDs much these days (let alone vinyl) but still enjoy the album nature of music and have a good collection in digital format.

Sorry man, just a typo. I'm prone to those. ;)

I just figured it was a 16 oz. LP for audiophiles. ;D

Lps are coming back. My son is blind and has developed amazing hearing. He is collecting Vinyl LPs because he says they have much more sound than the digital versions. I had a collection of about 200 lps. I sold about half to a company that sells them but kept about a 100 of my favorites. I sent a bunch to my son as well.

I've heard that LPs are making a comeback, never had a huge collection maybe 50-60, but they were in good shape sitting in a closet (boxed and upright). I sold a bunch to a co-worker after asking for some advice on what they might be worth and giving him my list. Got more than I expected, considering what I paid and now long ago that was. Haven't had a working turntable in at least 15 years.
