New from SE PA
« on: December 13, 2014, 08:33:06 am »
Hey all, my name is Quinton. I'm a new member from the western suburbs of Philadelphia. I ride a first gen Yamaha FZ1. All of my riding has been solo so I am really looking forward to making some friends to ride with.

Welcome aboard.  Plan on coming to STAR 2015 in Springdale, Arkansas.
They have some of the best roads to be found in Arkansas.

Welcome.  Like others said, STAR is something you should try to make if you can.  But, knowing that it is a loooong way away, both in terms of distance and time, don't overlook the opportunity to join in and meet other members at regional events.  Specifically, look at TriStar in Sparta.  Held over Memorial Day weekend in a small town in NW North Carolina, it's probably the closest event to your home location, held in the early part of the summer season.  I highly recommend it....great location and always a great group of people there.  Hope you are able to hook up with some other Pa members and make it down there.

By the way, just sold a 1st gen FZ1 to another member this past fall. Great bikes!
