We have been working on turning this website into a Membership site for over a year now, and it is finally ready to go!
The FIRST THING you should notice is that the lower menu has changed. Notice that new LOG IN tab located at the end of the lower menu? It is very important!
HOW DO YOU LOG IN?
(This will only work for MEMBERS of the MSTA)
Step one…. click on the LOG IN tab on the lower menu. (On a tablet or phone you may have to push that twice) You should then see this:
Step two…. enter your email address that you gave us when you joined or renewed your membership. * If you don’t remember what email you gave us, use your forum username. If you can’t remember either, email ME at patrickmogavero@gmail.com, give me your name and state you live in, and I will send it to you.
Step three…. enter the bulk password rideMSTA2025! (this is 1X ONLY use password and it is case sensitive. You must put it in exactly as shown and don’t forget the exclamation point at the end.). OR the personal password you created when you joined using the new system.
Step four…. click Log In.
That’s it! You should be logged in now! Welcome!
If this is your first time logging into the system, you will now need to create your own personal and unique password. You will use that from now on when you log into the site. You can do that by visiting your own personal profile in the directory and clicking on the ‘change password’ link at the bottom of the page.
*Wait, wait ,wait! You say that you never gave us an email address when you signed up? And that you didn’t ever signup for the forum, so you don’t have a username? NO PROBLEM! We know that there are some members in this boat, and we took care of you!
For those people, your email to use will be…your 1st initial, your last name, and @fakemail.com.
For example: JSmith@fakemail.com.
Use that email, along with the bulk password, and you should be able to log in.
As NEW MEMBERS join the club, they will be prompted to choose their own username/email and password.
WHY you need to log in:
As a dues-paying member, once you are logged in, you will have access to these areas that non-members can’t access. Once logged in you will have access to virtually everything that the BLUEBOOK offered before, and more. Also, you will need to login in order to renew your membership.
Once logged in, the MEMBERSHIP DIRECTORY will be at your fingertips. Unlike the old Bluebook, this directory will be updated in real time. So, the information you see there won’t be out of date. As soon as someone joins the club, or renews their membership, the system automatically updates the directory. Conversely, as soon as someone updates their directory information (which everyone can do easily from their own profile) the membership database automatically is updated too! That will save the membership database manager hours and hours of time every year. This can only be accessed by club members that are logged into this site. Safe and secure for everyone! If you don’t want your information shown to other club members (for the life of me I can’t understand why you wouldn’t) you can opt out by accessing your own personal profile and choosing that option.
After logging in you will see that there are now tabs that will allow you to RENEW and UPDATE your membership quickly and easily online, while still offering you the option of printing out a membership application that you can mail in. Look under Membership. The system will now automatically send you a reminder when your membership is due for renewal. You can even set up automatic renewal if you desire to do so.
Next, you can easily access a huge library of ROUTE GPX FILES that you can download and use for areas around the country. Look under Rallies. No need any more to go to the forum and use the downloads section. This is only accessible when logged in, so non-members can’t see it.
Do you need a discount code to take advantage of one of our many club benefits? Just click on the PERKS tab and there you go. All the club DISCOUNTS and the discount CODES will be at your fingertips. Just look under Membership. Once again, no need to access that through the forum. Only when logged in will you see the discount codes.
We are trying to make this website your One Stop Location for all your club information. Look for us to add more features to the site in the future.
