EC News:
The October EC meeting that was scheduled to occur at STAR was postponed as there were not enough board members present to satisfy the quorum rules. The next EC meeting is scheduled for November 18th.
As of November 1st. MSTA has 1011 members! This is the first time we have exceeded 1000 members since 2020. Keep telling friends about MSTA. Let’s grow this club!
The new PMP website (Paid Membership Pro) is still under construction. Jeff Dolence continues to work out the bugs and between his testing and the work of the consultants, it is moving along albeit slowly. Unfortunately, Jeff is at the mercy of the consultants who are on their own time schedule. This is a time-consuming process, and the EC extends appreciation to Jeff for volunteering many hours of his time to this process.
The Facebook group MSTA Members-Volunteers continues to grow to almost 100 members. Norm Kern started this group so that members who are interested in volunteering in some way to help promote the success of the club can communicate easily and be in the know. If you are interested in joining the volunteer FB group, please contact Norm Kern directly at nkernmsta@gmail.com

STAR News:
STAR 2024 was a big success! The weather was beautiful throughout the week and the routes did not disappoint! Club members from around the country gathered to kick tires, see old friends, and make new ones. Thank you to the STAR Committee and all the volunteers that made STAR 2024 a memorable event.
Here are some stats from STAR 24 courtesy of Scott Snedden:

On-site registrants: 30
1st. time attendees: 39

The 2024 Rally season has come to an end. 2024 saw the most sanctioned regional rallies per year so far. As the 2025 schedule develops, rally information will be added to the website as well as be included in future Email blasts. Stay tuned!
